By accessing or using Springfield Olympiads, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not register or use the platform.
1. Eligibility
Springfield Olympiads is open to school students (Class 3–12), graduates, and working professionals. For students under 18, a parent or guardian must complete registration on their behalf.
2. Registration and accuracy
By registering, you confirm that the details provided are accurate. Providing false information (name, class, email) may result in cancellation of registration and forfeiture of paid fees. Duplicate registrations for the same student in the same Olympiad are not permitted.
3. Payment and pricing
All fees must be paid at the time of registration through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay). Payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Pricing is subject to change; the price shown at the time of your registration is the price you pay.
4. Exam conduct
Exams are administered online through our secure proctored exam portal. Students agree to take the exam without assistance, impersonation, or external resources. Any misconduct detected will result in disqualification without refund, and the student may be barred from future Olympiads.
5. Results and ranks
Ranks (state and international) and certificates are final once published. Requests for recheck or clarification must be submitted via /contact within 7 days of result publication, with supporting rationale.
6. Certificates
Digital certificates are made available via your dashboard within 48 hours of result publication. Each certificate has a unique number that can be verified publicly at /certificate/[number]. We do not post physical certificates.
7. Liability
Springfield Olympiads is not liable for internet connectivity issues, device failures, power outages, or other disruptions outside our control during the exam window. We recommend students ensure a stable setup before starting the exam.
8. Intellectual property
All Olympiad content (questions, instructions, marketing material) is the intellectual property of Springfield Olympiads. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to your use of Springfield Olympiads are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
